Job Description

Virtual Tech Master is seeking enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking Call Center Executives to join our growing remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone in a professional and friendly manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide information as needed
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions
  • Document call details and update customer records in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and report on daily tasks and feedback
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)
