Job Description
Virtual Tech Master is seeking enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking Call Center Executives to join our growing remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide information as needed
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions
- Document call details and update customer records in the system
- Collaborate with team members and report on daily tasks and feedback
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must
- Prior experience in a call center or customer support role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
